We handle commercial and residential projects A to Z — renovation and new build — primarily for office clients, schools, organizations, and institutions, and also for property owners, businesses, landlords, and building managers across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Residential work is secondary to that commercial focus.
